When someone enrolls twice and uses a different email address each time (hard to believe this happens, we know), you end up with two identical Accounts with different email addresses. Of course, this is not how it's supposed to work, so once you've identified these duplicate Accounts, you're naturally going to want to merge them. Here we talk about the easiest way to do this.
When someone completes your Enroll Form, they will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of the enrollment and a link to their Account. If they click that link, they will be redirected to your Account Sign In Page. If they have forgotten the password they created, they will click a forgot password link that will send them an email to confirm Account ownership.
