How do I change the recipient email address on an E-Signature document?

  • From the Enrollee's detail page, you can go directly to their Documents list by clicking "Documents". See screenshot below.
Click Documents
Click "Documents"

  • From the Documents page, locate the sent E-Signature document that needs to be updated. Then click the pencil icon. See screenshot below.
Edit the signer email address
Click the pencil icon to change the signer's email address

  • This will resend the E-Signature document to the new email address. You won't be charged for a second signature request.
