It's saying my password is correct, but I'm still having trouble authenticating as an admin or instructor?

Are you seeing this error message? "Invalid token. Authentication failed"

  1. Make sure you are on the right URL.
  1. Still doesn't work? Our authentication provider has a measure where they will not allow passage if your "Internet Time" isn't synced correctly on your device. Please check that these settings are set correctly.

On a Windows computer:
  • Double-click the system clock and then click on the Internet Time tab
On a Mac computer:
  • Applications > System Preferences > Date & Time
On an iOS mobile device:
  • From your home screen, navigate to Settings.
  • Tap General.
  • Tap Date & Time.
  • Make sure that the option to Set Automatically is turned on.
On an Android mobile device:
  • Tap Settings to open the Settings menu.
  • Tap Date & Time.
  • Make sure that the option to Set Automatically is turned on.
