It's saying my password is correct, but I'm still having trouble authenticating as an admin or instructor?

Are you seeing this error message? "Invalid token. Authentication failed"
- Make sure you are on the right URL.
- Admin users have to log in from this URL: app.enrollsy.com
- Instructors have to log in from this URL: app.enrollsy.com/teacher
- Still doesn't work? Our authentication provider has a measure where they will not allow passage if your "Internet Time" isn't synced correctly on your device. Please check that these settings are set correctly.
On a Windows computer:
- Double-click the system clock and then click on the Internet Time tab
On a Mac computer:
- Applications > System Preferences > Date & Time
On an iOS mobile device:
- From your home screen, navigate to Settings.
- Tap General.
- Tap Date & Time.
- Make sure that the option to Set Automatically is turned on.
On an Android mobile device:
- Tap Settings to open the Settings menu.
- Tap Date & Time.
- Make sure that the option to Set Automatically is turned on.
