Why am I not receiving email notifications?

If you're an administrative user of Enrollsy and you're not getting notifications when people enroll or when auto-pay runs and there are payment declines, visit the Admins page and click the edit pencil next to your name. Make sure the checkboxes for notifications are checked.

User Icon > My Company > Users > Admins
Admins > Edit Icon

If that still doesn't work, please contact us or try whitelisting enrollsy.com.
