Account Deletion

If you have enrolled with a company that uses Enrollsy and would like to request that your account be deleted, please follow the steps outlined on this page.

Steps For Requesting Account Deletion

  1. Consider whether or not you have signed an agreement with the organization you enrolled with that requires them to keep certain information on file (E.g. if you have a financial agreement, you may be required by law to keep your account open until you have met your obligations within the agreement. This might mean that your payment information, address for payment verification, etc. be retained.).
  2. Email the organization you are enrolled with and ask them about their data retention policy. Some Enrollsy clients, like public school systems may need to retain certain data, so we always recommend speaking with the organization directly.
  3. Once you have done steps one and two, please send an email to the organization you're enrolled with and copy support@enrollsy.com. Please specify which information you would like deleted if you are not requesting that your full account is deleted.

When will my account or information be deleted?

Once you have taken the steps above, Enrollsy will review your request with the organization you are enrolled with. If additional information is needed, we or they will reach out to you. Please allow up to 30 days for the request to be processed.
